Recommended starting range

Indicative USD pricing for a single team (10–75 users). Final SOW depends on scope.

Pilot setup

$1,000 – $2,000

Discovery, Docker deployment, indexing, golden-question validation, champion training, handoff runbook.

Optional support

$500 – $1,000/mo

Post-pilot: upgrade assistance, index health checks, minor configuration changes.

Customer pays their own cloud/VM costs and LLM API usage (if not using local Ollama). No per-seat license for v1 single-team deployments.
